Three friends are talking about where they live.

Transcripts:

Peter:

May: 係呀。

Joe:

English

Joe: May, where do you live?

May: I live in Laguna City.

Peter: Oh, in Hang Hou, isn't it very convenient for you to go to work?

May: Yep. I take minibus 11M, and about half an hour I will be at HKUST. How about you, Peter, how do you go to work?

Peter: I live in Shatin; every day I take a mini-bus to the Shatin station. Then I take the university bus to the university. It takes almost an hour.

May: You are right. But it should be very comfortable.

Peter: Yes, very comfortable. And how about you, Joe? You live on the Hong Kong Island. Is it very problematic to commute to work?

Joe: Not really; I live in Happy Valley. I drive to HKUST via the Eastern Harbour Crossing every day. It takes less than 45 minutes.

May: It’s really fast.

Joe: Yes, it’s fast. But maintaining a car is expensive.
